Thanks for all the support and understanding during our downtime during our son’s 4th- and hopefully final surgery at the start of level 2.
He is recovering well and we’re back in full swing.
As usual as the weather turns cold, demand for delivery ramps up a notch and we now have a 2 week wait. Please remember to order in advance- well before you run out to ensure you keep a consistent supply at hand.

We are now officially on the Essential Services list, as detailed below.

COVID-19 LOCKDOWN UPDATE:
The health and well being of New Zealand is in the hands of our people.
At this time, we feel strongly that our financial gain is not worth risking unnecessary spread and extending the lockdown.
Firewood at this moment IS NOT an Essential Service.
Lighting your fire today is not a matter of life or death. People can wait. People can swap their summer wardrobe for their winter wardrobe if they, like myself are feeling the chill in the air.

We expect this to change in the near future with winter arriving soon- but until we are officially recognised as an essential service, we will not be out there delivering.

You can still place your order during Lockdown. They will be delivered in the order they are received- some will be prioritised (those in urgent need) but this won’t have any major delays to the normal queue.

There is NO SHORTAGE of dry wood.

We will get orders out as soon as quickly as possible, strictly following health and safety guidelines.
