It might be wild, wet and windy outside...but it's calm, dry and serene inside here at our 3-bed, 2-bath showhome villa at 4 Bronzewater Drive today. Our showhome is open from 9.30am - 2.30pm so make the most of a dreary day and come and see for yourself what makes The Botanic such a fabulous place to live (even on a day like today☔️🌧️)!
PS: Did we mention The Clubhouse Café is open till 3pm and serving up some mouth watering, freshly baked cabinet and menu items today too? ☕️🍳🍕🍰🍽️

This Friday 5th and Saturday 6th December we're opening up all of our showhomes between 10am - 3pm! 🌿🏠Please come along and have a look through our stunning villas and apartments - we have a really wide range of properties, with something to suit everyone. The Botanic Buggy will be on hand to drive you around the Village and see our award-winning amenities. Stop off at The Clubhouse Café for brunch, lunch, a coffee or an ice-cream and make a day of it! If you happen to be here on Saturday, our very first Christmas Market Trail will be taking place throughout the village between 10am - 2pm, (please note it is a cash-only market) so bring your shopping bags and pick up a Christmas gift or two!
