Fail to prepare and prepare to fail.

I’ve been noticing the effects of processed food and higher sugar in my diet.

So, I’ve decided I want to do something about it.

I’ve rid the house of sweets and chews (my favourite) and I’ve planned the meals for my week ahead.

I’m focussing on higher protein and whole foods to help support my active lifestyle and gym training.
