Hi my name is Anna, and I’ve been a health, mindset & leadership coach for the past few years…

I’m dedicated to helping high achievers end stress, triple their energy & achieve work faster so they reclaim their evenings & weekends to enjoy 😍

My journey started after struggling with a life-threatening illness caused by 80-hour work weeks…

But I turned my life around by mastering stress management and holistic health, enabling me to create work-life balance whilst getting three promotions! 🎉🥳

Here are a few facts about me…

✨ I came to NZ in 2004, at the midpoint of a round-the-world backpacking trip with my partner of 27 years, Will.

I fell in love with NZ, got a new passport, and never left! 😍

✨ I made a huge scientific breakthrough during my chemistry degree…

But then spent 20 years in leadership roles in commercial finance, often wondering what more I could have done in chemistry.

After a big wake-up call during the 2017 London Bridge terrorist attack, I realised it was time to make a bigger difference in the world…

So I retrained as a coach, going back to my science roots!

Because if you master your brain chemistry, you master your life. 🤩💯

✨ I’m a massive foodie, obsessed with creating healthy & tasty recipes...

I do think life is too short for ‘boring healthy food’! 😬😂😍

✨ Out of work, I love being in nature & camping in Dee, our 1989 campervan we’ve had since 2004! 😊
