Quick question…
How many people over 40 are actually training for strength right now?
Not thinking about it.
Not planning to start soon.
But doing it consistently.
Strength training, mobility, balance, flexibility.
Because the truth is, these are the things that help us stay active, independent, and feeling good in our bodies as we age.
In my scheduled weekly online classes I work with men and women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s who have decided their future strength matters.
