Nansi Sukri, from Oneness - Mind Body Soul, is a holistic health practitioner, using hypnotherapy, naturopathy, buddhist philosophy and meditation to help others to achieve optimal well-being. Many people are motivated to make positive change but have internal conflict that sabotage their journey back to health. Nansi believes that we hold the key to our well-being. Healing comes from within, and understanding ourselves is vital to a wholesome and fulfilling life. Each one of us has the same capacity to create peace and happiness within ourselves, and we are responsible for stepping into our own co-creative powers to create the life of our dreams. When we are at peace, we bring peace to everyone around us. Nansi's area of interest is in the awakening of human's consciousness. She believes that we are all one on this earth and it is our duty to help inspire one another to achieve our fullest human potential. Awareness is the greatest agent for change.
