This week I was home with not 1 but 2 viruses and a possible bacterial cough/cold/flu as well😷🤧 (according to the doctor) I’ve always believed feed the flu, so as I sat down on the couch with some fruit and a cuppa tea and flicked on the tv,and I had a eureka moment (probably more a senior moment😂).
Have you seen fit to fat to fit tv series? It was on and it got me thinking, what if for the week I eat nothing but junk food and then the following week try and get back to where I was the week before, Hell that sounded as good as at the time.
So for the last 7 days I’ve eaten Birthday cake, ice cream (a lot, even for breakfast) biscuits, about 3 slabs of chocolate, pancakes with all the trimmings, coffees, cupcakes cheese and crackers. Cheese on white toast, takeaways and more ice cream, I did have some fruit and some nuts but mostly chocolate and ice cream.
We’ll that was week 1, flus are gone and cough will be with me for a few more weeks but I’m sticking to the plan, it’s time to see if I can do it.
I went from 84.7kgs to 88 kgs in 1 week a gain of 3.3kg ( and I’m sure none of that was muscle)
Why post this? Well I need to be accountable and by posting this, it makes me accountable not only to me, but to all of you ( same reason I have my profile picture) so here goes 💥💪
