My 1 hour running 10ks help me prepare for half marathons🏃🏻‍♀️🏆🐅.. and leave me with a sense of accomplishmen... How do you feel after a Netflix binge?🕵️‍♀️🤖.. What benefit are they adding to your life?.. 🤔

According to research 👩🏾‍🔬 organic foods may have higher nutritional value than conventional food. 🤔
The reason: In the absence of pesticides and fertilizers, plants boost their production of the phytochemicals 💪🏻(vitamins and antioxidants) that strengthen their resistance to bugs and weeds. 🐞🐛
A L S O... yo body don’t need no extra nasty chemicals.

Organic food can be expensive 💵 but it’s worth it in the long run.. even if you just replace one food you normally eat.. like your daily apples☝🏻🍎... or even better.. try growing your own !!🌱♥️

Probiotics can be sourced from foods or supplements. 🌱💊
For normal healthy bowel mainatnce food is probs the best way to get them in.🥗
Sources include: Fermented foods like saurkraut, kefir, tempeh, miso, and yogurt. 🍽One of my favs is sauerkraut by (in the picture 😍😍😍)
For different health conditions, like after antibiotics, or for bloating, you might need a punchy dose, and this is easier to do through supplementation. 💊💊
For this to be the most successful I’d recommend seeing a 👩🏻‍⚕️to identify which strains are particularly useful for you. 🤨But health store and sometime supermarket prebitocs can be useful too 🙂♥️

Is it just another pill to take?
Probiotics can be a tricky one... there are so many different strains of probiotics, some more effective in treating different things than others.🍌
This sometimes causes confusion about effectiveness.🤨
But then some of you are like what even are probiotics?!🤔
They can be derived from foods, or taken as pills to diversify gut flora. Which benefits your health. A lot. With studies showing what is happening in our digestive tract can directly impact our health.
Overall having diverse and probiotic foods in you diet is great, and taking probiotics as supplements short term is beneficial. But like most things just see what works for you 💁🏻‍♀️♥️

Find people that support you♥️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️♥️ LET OTHERS HELP YOU ♥️ Have a support team, whether its made up of family, friends or health practitioners. So you can live your best life. Naturopaths are trained to take part in your health journey, and to ease the load.🌱💚 .

Growing up my grandmother was the go to for health. 🦋Bruises sprains eczema confidence... anything.
She was a Naturopath and she was magic.♥️
Like all the wahine in my family she showed me how to be a strong and loving woman. 🌻
It was her inspiration that set me on this path of learning about health ♥️
