🌟Folate 🌟

Known as the guardian of our DNA. Levels under 20 can mean our DNA is susceptible to damage, and levels over 20 are optinal to protect. If your folate levels are under 15 then you may benefit from a folinic acid supplement. If 15 to 20 then just simply increase your dark green leafy vegetables.

🌟Vitamin B12🌟

Sadly, it is no longer a funded test here in NZ.
It's just another huge mistake our medical system has made.
Please get your B12 checked every year (pay the money). ideally, you want your levels over 500.. that's the sweet spot I reckon.

Sunlight... not just important for our vitamin D from the visible light spectrums, but for the other invisible light spectrum, infra red and ultraviolet.
You can wear a hat and light clothing as these spectrums can pe*****te through, avoid sunglasses. At a minimum of 15 minutes daily, ideally, 15 to 20 minutes twice daily..
In the winter months can utilise infra red panels. I like the company Block Blue Light.

1cup unsweetened greek yoghurt, mix in preferred protein powder. I use GoGood Whey Isolate.
If not using my homemade Granola, I use Pure Delish 'No grain-ola' some cacao nibs and sliced banana.

Creatine is one of the most well studied molecules. Go chat GPT it!
Mag-Taur as the name suggests, is a combination of Magnesium and Taurine, with the full spectrum of B vitamins and glutamine for gut lining repair.

🌟 1 scoop Go good whey isolate protein powder (GoGood also have DF option)

🌟 1T freshly ground linseed

Mix together and mine is sprinkled with my home made granola & stewed rhubarb from the garden.
