I’m really looking forward to this event. Many of us have not been taught how to experience and be with our emotions. Anxiety is something that many of us seem to be experiencing more and more, and it’s trying to help us.

I’ll be talking about a different way of responding when anxiety comes up which also helps you to connect to yourself more, rather than try to disconnect or numb.

They’ll be other holistic therapies spoken about too. You’re guaranteed to come away with so much goodness.
