Paige and Amelia were such a joy to work with 🤍Normally, I would recommend keeping toddlers in a cot until closer to three, as their impulse control is still developing. But sometimes, we don’t get a choice and that’s when it’s all about working with your toddler, not against them.

As I am qualified in early childhood education and a specialist diploma in the first 1000 days, giving me a unique insight into toddler behaviour, brain development paired with sleep, giving you peace of mind, skills and strategies to work with your toddler rather than fighting constant battles.

Amelia is strong-willed and oh so clever. At times, we leaned into that, setting clear and achievable boundaries. Toddlers will always test the limits, but knowing where the line is actually helps them feel safe and secure.

Amelia now happily settles herself into her bed and stays there all night! 🌙✨

Introducing myself in a new role. I am Paige currently training to become a baby and child sleep consultant through baby sleep consultancy course.

With me I bring a world of knowledge and hands on experience after being an early childhood teacher for more than 8 years now. Working with all ages from infants to preschool I have a great range of experience.

Alongside this I am an infant and toddler specialist as I completed my postgraduate diploma through Te Rito Maioha. Understanding the first 1000 days and brain development gives me a different perspective and understanding around the importance of sleep for the whole family.

I am passionate beyond belief and have grown a love for supporting families and being able to provide expert knowledge to guide them on their parenting journeys.

I am looking forward to adding another skill set and being able to enrich the lives of others through getting the sleep they deserve and need.

I can not wait to share snippets of what I learn throughout
