🥛 Butterfly Pea Fresh Milk (1 serving)

Ingredients
• 8–10 dried butterfly pea flowers
• 100–120 ml hot water
• 150–180 ml cold fresh milk (whole, sterilized, or pasteurized milk)
• 1–2 tbsp sugar syrup (adjust to taste)
• 1 tbsp condensed milk (optional, for extra creaminess)
• Ice

Instructions
1. Prepare the butterfly pea tea
• Steep the dried butterfly pea flowers in hot water for 5–7 minutes until the color fully releases.
• Strain and let it cool completely (chilling it helps keep the layers separated).
2. Prepare the glass
• Fill the glass with ice.
• Add fresh milk (and condensed milk if you want it richer).
3. Sweeten
• Add sugar syrup to your desired sweetness and stir well.
4. Pour the butterfly pea tea
• Slowly pour the cooled butterfly pea tea over the milk to create a beautiful layered effect.
5. Serve
• Enjoy your creamy, refreshing, and colorful drink! 💜✨
