⭕️What is one thing you love about exercise/training?

Mostly the benefits of where it takes me mentally. I’ve been on some pretty tough ultra runs on the road by myself & every time I’ve come back from them stronger mentally & found more answers to my questions then prior to starting the run. Everything after that is just a byproduct of being in love with movement, better father, partner & friend. + my kids are on the come up, I know that day will come when they step up to the plate & challenge dad. Who am I to deny such a request 💀😂

⭕️ What do you enjoy about coaching?
- It’s hard to explain lol but have you ever seen someone’s fighting spirit ignite? Everyone’s got one.. and with enough time, reps & logs stacked. Once it gets going, that man/woman will be a hard person to put down.. It’s such a beautiful thing to witness.

⭕️Outside of training and coaching, what is one thing you enjoy doing?
I live a pretty simple life lol There’s only 2 things I ever do. Spend time with my little family.. and if I’m not with them then I’m outside running the numbers up!

⭕️What does service mean to you?
Service towards one’s family, community & country. I’ve grown up heaps now 😅😂 but I do believe kindness & service towards others is how we pay rent here on earth.

⭕️What’s a full circle moment you’ve experienced?
Long story short. I dropped out of high school when I was I was 15-16. Had no sense of direction. At 18 when I went to back to study to be a personal trainer but the weight of my sins & habits far outweighed my dreams. I was lost just going through the motion. At 25 my first child arrived, life changed. Grass turned green. 12 years later at age of 30 I get presented the opportunity to finish what 18 year old me set off to do. Full circle G ⭕️

⭕️Favourite lift/movement or exercise?
I can’t lie I do love a cheeky bicep pump & a run straight after 😂😂😂 yeeeee

Moving into our final week, week eight our challenge for this week is:
• To complete 10,000 steps per day
• Attend 5 consecutive classes for the week
• Also to turn up for your weigh out!

Eighth and final week fam! Let’s give it’s a real crack for your last week of the challenge and we’ll see you at the weigh outs!

P.S please don’t forget to register for our EOC which is on 11 April. Can’t wait to celebrate with you all!

WEEK 6!

Our week 6 challenge was all about consistency and turning up to at least 1 class per day.

Congrats to a couple of our super mamas & Reena for turning up to at least 1 class per day of the week and being our winners for this week’s challenge.

✨WEEK 7✨ “Coaches Choice”
Each day a challenge will be set out from each of our coaches. And the goal is to complete them all!

We will post up each challenge of the week, but kicking us off is none other than Mr. One speed coach

The challenge: Bear crawl 100 metres.

Simple but very effective.
Make sure to record your efforts and tag us!

As we close off week 2, a big shout out to ! Our winner for week two Ezy moves challenge with

We didn’t have anyone submit their videos through the online challenge so we may put up our extra LSKD voucher for another prize!

Week 3!
Our challenge is “Foodie Fotos”.
The challenge is to take photos of what you eat throughout the day and put them in a collage.
You can either post it on a story and tag us, or send it through to us.
We want you to do this from Monday to Friday.
We will keep track of everyone that has consistently tagged us throughout the week and will draw out a winner from there.
Entries close Friday night.
So, let’s get cooking!

Our side quest is still currently active and it is good to see everyone still ticking of their Kms throughout the week!

Let’s keep the ball rolling through week 3!

21kms for the next 7 weeks!

Walk, run, crawl your way through 21kms every week for the next 7 weeks!

The goal isn’t necessarily to accumulate kms for the sake of it, but more so to build habits for the next 7 weeks!

So let’s keep the momentum going and let’s make those habit changes!
