Thank you to everyone that sent through their highlights, it was great to see and read through everyone’s halfway highlight.

“Class attendance”

So the goal is to attend at least one class every day of this week to go into the draw for this week’s prize.

This challenge is based around discipline & consistency, especially during this phase of a challenge.
So book your classes now and we will see you in the gym!

Massive shout out to all those who came down to support and also those who were watching through the live!

Proud of you all! Definitely a big step up to the comp floor let alone compete! Thank you for putting FCHQ out there 🥰

‼️WEEK 4 CHALLENGE: “Step challenge”
• Accumulate 50,000 steps from Monday to Friday.
Basically 10,000 steps per day.

It doesn’t have to be 10,000 a day but a total of 50,000 steps must be accumulated by the end of Friday!

As we close off week 2, a big shout out to ! Our winner for week two Ezy moves challenge with

We didn’t have anyone submit their videos through the online challenge so we may put up our extra LSKD voucher for another prize!

Week 3!
Our challenge is “Foodie Fotos”.
The challenge is to take photos of what you eat throughout the day and put them in a collage.
You can either post it on a story and tag us, or send it through to us.
We want you to do this from Monday to Friday.
We will keep track of everyone that has consistently tagged us throughout the week and will draw out a winner from there.
Entries close Friday night.
So, let’s get cooking!

Our side quest is still currently active and it is good to see everyone still ticking of their Kms throughout the week!

Let’s keep the ball rolling through week 3!

⚔️SIDE QUEST CHALLENGE⚔️
21kms for the next 7 weeks!

Walk, run, crawl your way through 21kms every week for the next 7 weeks!

The goal isn’t necessarily to accumulate kms for the sake of it, but more so to build habits for the next 7 weeks!

So let’s keep the momentum going and let’s make those habit changes!

Continue to take us and share your progress and we can’t wait to see your results at the end of this challenge!

‼️WEEK 2 CHALLENGE‼️
It’s time fora kanikani with 💃🏽🕺🏽

This Wednesday 6pm we have running one of his Ezy Moves dance classes! Bringing the zumba feels, Laga will take us through some fun dance moves & routines forour session!

We will have 2 challenge winners this week!
• 1 in person that will attend the class.
• 1 that will either post up or send theough a lil snippet of of them dancing with their friends, their family their kids or anyone that’s supporting them throughout this challenge.

We will announce one winner on the night and announced the other winner on Sunday once we’ve received everyone’s entries.

Again, it’s all for fun. It’s nothing too serious. We’re just here to have fun and enjoy a different training style.

So book in or send in your entries and have a great week!

Each athelte is given a unique athlete number which represents their debut as a FCHQ athelte. This number will always remain with them each time the compete.
In a sense of being the __th person to represent our gym. It’s the start of a Legacy.
