Being the festive season, we know its
the busiest time of the year, celebrations, food, drinks, buying presents - we know its not only busy but expensive. 😩
So we want to help you stay on top of life and not worry about paying a new gym membership till you’re ready to go. So lets end 2025 and start 2026 with a bang 💥

Every 9am Saturday we will be running a specific competitors class.
These classes are designed for those that are preparing for up coming competitions. (Such as Hyrox obviously lol)

ALL ARE WELCOME!
Member or non-member, ANYONE can join these classes, but keep in mind there will be limited coaching and more training.

There will be a $5 fee for non-members and current members will be free.
