Hi, I’m Aryia! ✨
I’m a womb and abdominal therapist, clinical advanced hypnotherapist, and traditional yoga instructor with a background in indigenous healing and holistic medicine.
I am also the founder of My Teachers Wellbeing Project and Corporate Wellbeing, projects that promote wellness and mindfulness in the workplace.

I support individuals towards empowerment, self-healing, and a profound connection with themselves through group spaces and one-on-one clinical practice.

As co-founder of Sundari Temple, I am devoted to creating a space for conscious relating through both classical and contemporary Ta**ra practices.
This work is deeply rooted in the understanding that the quality of our relationships begins with the relationship we cultivate with ourselves.

For me, bringing presence and awareness into how we relate, to our bodies, our emotions, and our inner world, is essential. It is through this conscious connection with self that we come to know who we truly are, heal more deeply, and live more authentic and fulfilling lives. From this place, our intimate and close relationships can also transform, becoming spaces of truth, growth, and genuine connection.
This intention sits at the heart of everything we share through Sundari Temple.

We are still feeling the beautiful echoes of Shiva Shakti Festival.

Our hearts 💜💜are full of gratitude for everyone who stepped into the space of Love in Motion with us. 🙏✨
Thank you for arriving with trust, curiosity and openness, and for allowing the workshop to become a living field of connection, presence and exploration.

Moments like these remind us of something very simple and very profound: beyond our differences, we are all expressions of the same divine essence. When we move, breathe and open together, it becomes easier to remember that we are not separate but that we are part of the same sacred whole.💫 🕉️

It was a true gift to share our work with so many beautiful souls and to bring the magic of Sundari Temple to the festival.
We feel deeply grateful for the new connections that were created and for the community that continues to grow around these spaces.

The Art of Us is a slow, guided ta***ic experience where couples are invited to:
