Look at the big picture....

Deal with reducing calories by:

1. Exercise
2. Nutrition (higher fibre and protein)
3. Non exercise activity (park a little further away)

It's pretty much that simple....

"Im nervous about starting a new fitness program"

Its something i said when I was overweight and my fitter friends used to invite me to circuit trainint but I was so worried about it, id always say 'i just need to get fitter first'

When i finally plucked up the courage to go, it was nowhere near as scary as i thought.

People were supportive, i could modify exercises and go at my own pace.

Over my PT and Coaching career this phrase or variations of it come up a lot and people rarely want to start.

Its seems strange not to start something when at the other side of it you'll be 10x happier and healthier.

But being on the other side i can completely empathise.

So i work hard to make our programmes progressive meaning they start exactly where you are.

Out of curiosity do you get nervous about starting a fitness programme?
