Safely Rebuild Strength with Postnatal and Baby Yoga π
Classes begin the first week of February at two Auckland Central locations.
In my postnatal and baby classes, we gently rebuild strength through the core, pelvic floor, and whole body, while also easing tension, finding calm, and reconnecting with your breath and your baby.
Expect supportive movement and fun sensory activities to keep babies engaged.
