Doing nothing….
Is really something.

It was in this moment when I realized, my body is resilient, sometimes too resilient. In this moment of pause, when all I could hear was the sounds of the ocean and my own breath. I realized just how much anxiety and stress my body has been carrying.

With awareness, and compassion I slowly let my muscles release.

When all your life, your body has been bracing for impact, its hard to soften. However it is possible with a little bit of awareness, compassion, stillness and breath.

Doing nothing is really something. ❤️

My how behind trusting the leap.
1. Awareness (admit how you are truly feeling)
2. Get comfortable in the discomfort (start small)
3. Take the leap (look fear in the face and say I just dont care)

You dont need to know how it’s all going to work out, keep an open mind and let it unfold.
