Accessible, supportive yoga - wherever you’re at.
With a strong focus on the breath, you’ll be guided to move in a way that feels intuitive, choosing from different strength options and building a solid foundation over time.

A space to be nurtured and supported through this beautiful, and sometimes challenging, season of change.
Designed to gently guide you back to your body after birth - helping you rebuild strength, stability, and connection from the inside out.
Babies welcome - Classes are ideal for babies up until crawling. Babies cry. They sleep. They feed. We go with the flow. Suitable from around 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8–10 weeks post c-section.

Yoga in pregnancy can help to bring more ease to your body and mind. Supporting you to have a more comfortable pregnancy and helping you heal and strengthen postpartum.
These classes flow with your natural breath and are specifically created to help you discover strength, power and trust. We will focus on breathing awareness, relaxation and postures to help strengthen and open the body; all tools that you will take with you through your pregnancy, labour, birth and journey into motherhood.
The beauty of this practice is that you can take it at your own pace, learning to connect inwards and listen to your body - connecting your breath, body, mind and baby. It’s such a beautiful opportunity to meet other mamas creating a community for women to lean in and support each other.

Postnatal yoga is designed to nurture and support women through this beautiful yet challenging time of change and transformation. This class will help you rebuild strength and stability after the birth of your baby.
General guidance: start from 6 weeks post natural birth or 8–10 weeks post c-section.
Mamas, you can come with or without your precious baby. If you can get some time just for you, wonderful – but if not, that’s okay too! Classes are suitable for babies up until crawling, and all babies are welcome no matter their mood. Babies sometimes cry, sometimes sleep, sometimes feed – we go with the flow.

✨ Calm Space Babies 2025 ✨

2025 was a year of deep connection. Breathing together, moving together, and holding space through some of life’s most tender moments.
I feel incredibly honoured to practise yoga alongside you and to teach such amazing couples through The Positive Birth Program. This community continues to remind me why this work matters so deeply.
This year we welcomed 43 babies 🤍
23 girls and 20 boys, each one held with so much love.
Thank you for trusting me, for showing up, and for being part of this village.

“Andi, you and your course helped me to take control. With the knowledge and tools gained from the hypnobirthing course, it helped me make more informed and better decisions in preparation for my birth and birth plan.

I do kind of wish I had found you and the course during my first pregnancy, as things may have worked out differently for that experience.

Thankfully, I have been healed from my traumatic first birth experience with my second birth going more smoothly. I truly believe doing both the prenatal yoga classes and hypnobirthing course with Andi paid off—and my midwife agrees too! I had a much shorter and uncomplicated birth with no medical interventions needed.

Thank you so much for your help and continued support, Andi. You’re amazing, helping so many of us pregnant women and families in the community. Blenheim is so lucky to have you.
