“I WALKED INTO A CUPBOARD”. Haha. Well not that truthful.... but, i was at work and i was getting a diamond ring out to show a lovely customer and down came the cabinet door and the corner got me right on my brow bone, and my god did it bloody hurt. I think/hope i held the little words in that would have made it feel better. Haha.

Today i was back at the scene of the crime and i thought i had better try and cover it up...

1 year i have been using the most beautiful products on my skin and in my nutrition. I hand on my heart say these are the best i have ever used. .
This time last year it was coming up to my 40th bday, I was starting to hate looking in the mirror as all i could she was me getting old.....
I had dull, dry, unhealthy, blemishes, all if these made my ageing look so much worse..
I couldn’t leave the house happy if i didn’t put my makeup on, and even then it looked like s**t as it just sat on the surface and did not last the day. I still didn’t look like i had a glow, and my makeup was sitting in my wrinkles making them look 100 times worse.
