The last 6 week block of Prenatal yoga for 2025 will run from next Thursday 6th November.

Pregnancy is such a precious time. It can also be a ride full of emotions and challenges both physically and mentally. Prenatal yoga provides a safe space to move your body in a way that works for you. Building strength, finding connection to your breath and most importantly - finding connection with other mum's.

The cost of the 6 week block is $120.
Class runs from 6-7pm.
Everything you need is provided.

One of our amazing midwives is heading to the Cook Islands soon, and we’re putting the call out for donations of breastfeeding bras for our māmā in Rarotonga 💕

Maternity bras are very expensive and hard to access in the Cook Islands, and we’d love to send over some comfort and support from our community.

👚 Do you have any gently used (or new) breastfeeding bras to donate?
📏 Larger sizes are especially appreciated
