It's my 40th birthday today so it seemed appropriate to re-share my most popular blog post. Today, at the age of 40, I can honestly say I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life despite struggles during my childhood teens and 20's. I'm genuinely excited about the future. I partly put this down to the work I did on myself a couple years ago. If you're at this juncture in your life, take a read. I hope you find it helpful.

Testimonial

A few months ago I was in a bad way, I had lost who I was and where I fitted into my life. I couldn’t seem to get my self back into a happy place. I was constantly scared and was anxious to interact with people. My wife was feeling my pain and told me I had to reach out for some help. Even the thought of reaching out for help sent me into a panic.

I found Tim Robinson through a website and sent him an email. A short time latter Tim and I were having our first session. Immediately I felt a sense of calm, through a few questions and guided reflections I was being gently moved to identify my feelings and associated emotions. After a few weeks Tim and I stopped and took account of how I was managing stressful situations. Slowly over the next few meetings I could see that I had a new set of tools to help me manage anxiety and fear.

I started to feel more relaxed, I started to have strong positive thoughts, I was in charge of me. I didn’t need anyone to validate who I was.

Through Tim’s skill and gentle authentic manner, I can now say that I am enjoying my life again. My thoughts are clearer. I am not completed back to normal (what ever normal is) but I have the tools to keep going forward and this is all due to my time with Tim Robinson.
