Hi all,
This week will be the last week of yoga as I haven’t managed to find a warmer space! Please text me if you plan on coming this week :)) and thank you to those who have been showing up really appreciate you 😊

Kia ora whanau my name is Bella, welcome to Whakangā Yoga! I have decided to host weekly restorative/yin based classes that focus on stretching and relaxing your body and mind. My goal is to help the community release stress, tension and cultivate a mind body awareness. The classes start at 6:30pm in the Redcliffs Primary school hall and finish at 7:30. Everyone is welcome, the class is koha (donation) based. Make sure you bring two pillows to each class! Look forward to see you all there :))
