Here’s something a “Calorie Calculator” won’t be able to tell you when you ask,
How do I create sustainability with this?
I respect the importance of having a point of guidance, but that needs to change at some stage - because you would have, or are about to have, some sort of adaptive change.
Either in training, and/or through the peaks and valleys we all know as - life.
And a “Calorie Calculator” will always be there to give you what it gives you, a general prescription to start your diet off in the right direction.
But it won’t tell you the way, how to map the terrain, or which paths to take.
This is something for you to discover, more importantly understand.
Asking the questions like,
How many calories do you need at this point and time?
How much Protein works best for you?
Do you feel better eating more at night or in the morning?
Does your fat content support your metabolism, cell signaling, immunity, hormone production, and absorption of many different nutrients like Vit A and D?
Again, I’m not a “Calorie Calculator” so I can’t speak for them.
But I am Human, and like you, I’m learning more and more about my personal prescription every day.
