Hello, A wee note to tell you a wee bit about what I do. It’s only a wee bit so just please get in touch and then you can find out a wee bit more! I prefer to talk, you know, the old fashioned way! I’m a Reiki Master Teacher and I am also trained in a variety of Energy Therapies & Modalities.
A busy lifestyle and day to day living can have a stressful effect on our body. Our body suffers when our vibration is low and this is when illness and disease can manifest. The Energy Therapies & Modalities I offer are designed to balance your body, mind & spirit. The workshops & courses I run are equally designed for Spiritual Growth.
I am passionate about what I do. I’m equally passionate about helping you to grab hold of your life. I will give you tools to work with and with an understanding and dedication from yourself you will orchestrate change. In my book it is not rocket science it is the willingness or craving for ‘’change’’. It’s time - are you ready? Your pace is the right pace. We are all unique individuals.
