I’ve always known that when we move our bodies, something is happening on more planes than just the physical.
Studying this certificate over the past year has helped me integrate that understanding more deeply into how I train myself and others.
When you choose to exercise, you’re not just lifting weights, cycling your legs, stretching your shoulders, or strengthening your core.
You’re working with your energy.
You’re touching on and transforming experiences that have been felt—and sometimes stored—in different areas of your soma.
And when a coach incorporates this awareness into their training, movement has the power to truly heal.
