Lunch today was this delicious, easy, healthy salad — honestly so simple but soooo good 😍🥗
Had to add asparagus because it’s in peak season right now, and it really makes a difference! It’s full of fibre, folate, and antioxidants, helps support digestion, and is naturally anti-inflammatory.
Asparagus is also great for supporting healthy blood pressure thanks to its potassium, can help stabilise blood sugar, and is full of vitamins A, C, E, and K — all of which support your immune system, skin health, and overall energy.
