Last week, our mobile imaging unit got its new Allevia Radiology logo (formerly Mercy Radiology) while visiting our Christchurch office, before heading off to Ropata Health in Lower Hutt.

It’s more than a logo refresh; it’s a symbol of our partnership with Allevia Radiology, and our commitment to delivering advanced imaging services for patients closer to home.

Now Accepting Public Patient Referrals at All Sites!

Public patients can now access PET-CT imaging through the public health system at all of our site locations:

“For many provincial patients, diagnosis previously meant the disruption, cost, and stress of travelling to a large city, often at a time when they were already unwell. Providing these services closer to home makes a real and tangible difference, and we’re proud to be partnering with Health NZ to make it happen,” says Mark Eager, Chief Executive of Mobile Health Group.

Now Accepting Public Referrals At All Site Locations

Public patients can now access PET-CT imaging through the public health system at our mobile sites: Palmerston North, Lower Hutt, and Dunedin.

We’re excited about the impact this will have on patient outcomes,” says Mark Eager, Chief Executive of Mobile Health Group.

“For many provincial patients, diagnosis previously meant the disruption, cost, and stress of travelling to a large city, often at a time when they were already unwell. Providing these services closer to home makes a real and tangible difference, and we’re proud to be partnering with Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora to make it happen,” he adds.

We are thrilled to share the remarkable impact of our Mobile Imaging PET-CT unit, which is revolutionising patient care by reducing travel distances by an average of 400km per patient.

By bringing advanced imaging services closer to home, we are not only saving patients from long and costly journeys but also significantly reducing waiting times for scans and diagnosis.

"Our service significantly reduces the burden of travel, transforming patient care by providing high-quality diagnostic services closer to home,” says Mark Eager, CE of Mobile Health Group.
