It’s the start of the week and I’m sitting in the park with my book while my daughter’s at tutoring, soaking up a little quiet before the week really takes off.
As a business owner, there’s not a lot of downtime so I make the most of these small moments when they come.
Not entirely sure about my choice of reading though. I’m swinging somewhere between sadness and anger with this one.

Why I come to All About You

We often get asked why we don’t share lots of before and after photos.
The truth is simple. Our clients’ privacy always comes first. When you are with us, you have our full attention and care. We are here to support you, not stop mid-treatment to take photos or film content. It just doesn’t feel authentic or respectful to the experience you are here for.
So while you may not see endless transformations on our social media, please know there are so many happening quietly and respectfully every single day.
We choose presence, privacy and real connection over content. And honestly, the most powerful advertisement we have is the clients who leave happy and tell their friends. Word of mouth speaks louder than any photo ever could.

Today I had the honour of welcoming someone for her very first treatment with me. What started as a simple appointment quickly turned into one of those beautiful, real moments that remind me why I love what I do.
We laughed. We got to know each other. And we had the kind of conversation that only happens when there is trust, warmth, and a safe space to just be human.
There’s something incredibly special about this work. When you’re offering intimate treatments, there is a level of trust that goes far beyond the treatment itself. It creates connection. Who remembers the humble beginnings of my little home clinic?
Sometimes I look back at these photos and can’t quite believe how far we’ve come. From treatments in my spare room to the first tiny salon to where we are today, it’s been a journey full of pivots, changes, lessons, and growth.
Like any small business, we’ve had our share of ups and downs. We’ve navigated relocations, new systems, rebrands, price rises, and all the unpredictable challenges that come with growing a business. There have been staff changes along the way, each person leaving their mark and helping shape who we are and what we stand for. Through it all, one thing has never changed: our commitment to care, to results, and to the people who trust us with their skin.
