Two new classes this week to add to your calendars.

We now have:
Wednesday 6-6.45am
Saturday 7.30-8.15am

Bringing you more flexibility to be able to join us, or add another class to what you already do. The progression in you all with 2 classes has been phenomenal, imagine what could happen with another 💪

Stay off your screens for a moment and look around you. We follow and like accounts that seem picture perfect - the women who “do it all”.
What we don’t see is the exhaustion behind the smile that can’t fade, the endless “fun” that never stops. The pressure to keep up, to post, to perfect.

Instead, look for inspiration in the women around you. The ones who show up once or twice a week to workout and move that have been up all night with little ones.
The ones balancing work, home, school activities - cooking, cleaning and creating a space of love and safety for their families.
The women quietly caring for parents, checking in on friends, holding communities together in ways that never make it online.

You might not see them on your feed (they don’t have time for that) - but they’re there all around you.

Tag a woman who inspires you. Let her know you see her, everything she does, and everything she is 🤎

My goal has always been to grow and offer you all more classes, but with shift work it has proved pretty tricky.

With Chelsea on board we are able to bring you more of what you love.

So from Wednesday November 12th there will now be a morning class
6.00 - 6.45am at the school.

This will be alternated between myself and Chelsea 💙
