Some pain and hurt will need to be spoken a thousand times over before you feel like you can start letting go.

Letting go does not mean forgetting the pain that someone has done to you it's about no longer allowing the pain to make you feel stuck, to make you feel small or to hold you back from growing. 💚

When we talk about the pain it lifts the shame. 🩷
