𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙩𝙝: So sorry but need to say this. There are some businesses that will raise money for charity to try and show their audience that they are kind and to make their business look good. 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙡 kindness shows in how they treat their staff.

You look after your staff, your staff will look after your business. Put the love 🩷 into the people in your organisation first, not your ego.

Big loves 🩷 to those that don't feel valued and appreciate.

Thank you very much to all the people who care and support our tiny team. Fundraising for Mental Health and Wellbeing of NZers in a country where so many people still pass judgement on those who are struggling has been hard.

I had no idea how much abuse we would face, it's hard to face when you are struggling within yourself but still trying to do something to help others. Those who are vulnerable lack support and their voices are oppressed. Thank you to those who care, and support, we are so grateful. 🩷

None of are perfect with knowing what to say. With effort, empathy and compassion we can all learn.
🩷 Hold space with someone who is struggling and listening to them, giving them time to feel safe to talk. People start to heal when they are heard. People go silent when they feel no one cares. Thank them for sharing. It takes courage to share. 🩷❤️🩷❤️🩷❤️

Sometimes it's hard when people tell us how they're feeling and we don't always get it right. But we can learn from it and do better for the ones we love when they need it.

We fundraise money for the mental health and wellbeing of NZers because some of us Cadburys staff were struggling really badly. I remember screaming out for help and facing mass rejection. We were not cool enough to be supported, so we switched our attention to helping others to also help us heal. 🩷

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮: Not Cadburys closing it's Dunedin factory. It's about our staff who faced herrifc mistreatment after their redundancies, Tracey and John who died by su***de. All of our other staff mates who died to sudden illness and cancer. It's about a group of former staff who 𝙎𝙚𝙡𝙛𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙡𝙮 𝙜𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙪𝙥 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨. $119,899 now fundraised to help you New Zealand.
