Back doing it. Because people need support. People are not just struggling they are stuck. I completely understand what it feels to be living like this after dealing with the trauma of narcissistic abuse. We just don't stand on the Carpark to fundraise money for mental health we stand as a group of former Cadburys staff full of empathy, compassion. 🩷

FACT: Woman suffer from mental illness too. There is a neglect to women's mental health especially with the hormonal changes women have face during menopause. Women need focus and support too. We just didn't loose a Cadburys male to su***de, we lost a female too. Mental Illness does not discriminate. It effects every one. 🩷
