A great opportunity….. ❤️

Been attuned to Reiki Level 1 or 2 a long time ago and feeling a little disconnected from the practice?

You’re not alone.

Many people receive their Reiki attunements and then life moves on… practice fades, confidence drops, and the connection that once felt so alive can become quiet in the background.

Sometimes we simply need a space to return, reconnect, and remember.

I’m exploring holding a Reiki Refresher Training later this year for those who have already been attuned to Reiki Level 1 or Level 2 and would love to:

Reconnect with the Reiki energy
Refresh the foundations of practice
Revisit the symbols (for Level 2 practitioners)
Deepen confidence in giving treatments
Spend time in a supportive circle of like-minded people

This will be a gentle, supportive space to return to the essence of Reiki practice- without needing to redo the full training.

At this stage I am taking expressions of interest.
If there is enough interest, I will hold this weekend refresher in the second half of the year.

At the upcoming Dunedin Spiritual Expo Saturday 13th June 10am-4pm we are once again creating a special healing space within the event- The Zen Den.

As a community, the need for healing, connection, and holistic support continues to grow, and this space is dedicated to practitioners who feel called to share their gifts with others.

We are inviting healers, therapists, and holistic practitioners to be part of this nurturing area of the Expo where you can:
Offer mini healing sessions
Share your modality with new people
Demonstrate your work
Connect with the wider spiritual community

If you work in areas such as energy healing, bodywork, intuitive guidance, breathwork, sound, or other holistic modalities, we would love to hear from you.

Today marked something truly special for us.

Our very first Shamanic Drum, Breath & Sound Journey has now been held… and what unfolded was deep, profound, and incredibly moving. The space was powerful, the breath was transformational, and the sound carried us into places that words simply can’t describe.

What many may not realise is that this offering did not begin today. Both Alex and I have been on our own personal journeys with breathwork, sitting in ceremony, learning from shamanic practitioners, and working intimately with the medicine of the drum. We have experienced the depth ourselves. We have done the inner work. We have breathed through our own layers. And over time, this calling to facilitate began to naturally rise.

This event was born from lived experience, from devotion, and from a deep respect for these practices.

I am eternally grateful to every single person who trusted us enough to step into that space with open hearts. It takes courage to breathe deeply. It takes trust to surrender. And together, we created something sacred.

This journey was co-facilitated with the beautiful Alex from Beyond Balance Nz.
Today my heart is full.
Full of gratitude.
Full of humility.
Full of reverence for what happens when we honour the path before we lead it.

This is just the beginning. ✨

What a truly beautiful day our Spiritual Expo has been ✨

From the moment the doors opened, there was a warmth in the hall that can’t be manufactured – it can only be created by community. The sunshine poured in, the energy was vibrant and welcoming, and every single stallholder brought such heart, integrity, and passion to their offerings. To all of you who shared your gifts today – thank you. You created a space that felt alive, connected, and inspiring.

To everyone who came through the doors with open minds and curious spirits – thank you. Your engagement, your conversations, your questions, and your willingness to explore made the day what it was. It was a joy to witness connections being made, insights being shared, and laughter echoing throughout the hall.

Days like today remind us how powerful it is when community gathers with intention. We are so deeply grateful for each and every one of you who played a part in making this expo such a wonderful success.

And the journey continues… 🌿
Our next Spiritual Expo will be happening in June, and we would love to see you there as we gather once again to celebrate connection, curiosity, and all things spiritual.
