Would you like to volunteer but not sure you can keep up with the physical work?.....

We are looking for someone to be our admin on riders days. Someone to greet the riders, help them with helmets, make coffee and tick off some paperwork.

We are looking for some strong and forward-thinking volunteers to join our leading and side walking team in the new year for Tuesdays and Fridays.

The role requires the following attributes:

• Physically fit & healthy as leading and side walking can at times involve a large amount of walking over uneven ground

• Committed & reliable

• Eager to learn

• Level-headed with a sense of fun!

• Health and Safety conscience

Horse experience is NOT necessary - All training is provided.

Police Checks will be required

Riding for the Disabled is a place where everyone feels they belong and is recognised for their unique abilities. We are driven by positive outcomes for the riders and their whānau.

Today marks International Day of Persons with Disabilities and we want to give a big shout out to our riders.

With Christmas fast approaching and not many opportunities to fundraise we are excited to say we will host one last saus...

Fireworks time again!! 🥺😬🥺
Because we are so close to the beach we ask that you please be sensible and consider our RDA horses. They are very special to us and the riders that get such Joy from them.
Waikouaiti is a very special community with so many horses grazing all over the place (maybe more horses than people 😆).
Thank you and have a safe evening.
