Yesterday, was phenomenal!

This weekend Im facilitating a 3.5 day Foundation class in Christchurch.

Day one was 💥
We had fried in 45mins... thank the heavens for the Bars, as were fried again by lunch!

We also had this wee guy show up, I've never seen them in our yard before, and he is here again this morning! How did we get so lucky for him to gift us his contribution ✨️

My why?
I love change, I love seeing people get free of what has been keeping them bent, stapled and mutilated to fit in to situations that there is no happy in!

I have so much gratitude for these two beautiful ladies who chose the Facelift class today.

A day filled with yummie energies, questions, choices new possibilities with a truck load of laughs to boot!

Better yet... I cannot wait to play with them in the next body swaps evening!!!

Have you always known something far greater is available to you but you don’t know how to get there?

That was me 3 years ago. The start of another rabbit hole spiral (depression) where I was loosing all hope that something else was possible.

After a gifted session of Access Bars (aah the joy of being the practice head) - I came out of the session with an incredible sense of peace, like something I never experienced before.

Soon after I chose an Access Bars class, where all the synchronicities pinged and brought to my attention that this IS what I had been aware of my whole entire life.

What if you could have more of a sense of you and of peace in everything you choose? What if you start with the Access Bars?
