We’ve just returned from an incredibly moving and powerful journey to Turkey, where we had the privilege of supporting our whānau undergoing gastric sleeve surgery. 💛

This wasn’t just a medical trip it was a haerenga wairua, a spiritual and emotional journey toward healing, hauora, and self-love.
