I wanted to check in with you all! how are you?? seriously?

I used to worry all the time - and I thought it might ramp back up with all this uncertainty - but it hasn't and I actually feel pretty calm? Why?

1. I feel Prepared - toilet paper and all!
2. I'm using my oils every day throughout the day to boost our
families immune system
3. I'm using my oils to support my emotional wellbeing
4. I'm practicing gratitude every day
5. I say my affirmations each morning and listen to something
motivating every day
6. I do something each day for Self care
7. I'm taking my LLV supplements so I have lots of energy and
my body is getting everything it needs to function optimally
(I need to have some early nights tho! lol )
8. I'm trying to look for the silver lining in all of this
9. I'm being more prayerful
10. I'm looking for ways to reach out to someone each day

I went to do my normal shop tonight... and 3 supermarkets later I still couldnt find any flour! Shelves were empty which is madness!

We need to stay calm and focus on positive things in our life!
To help me do this I've deleted the news app off my phone and am focusing on my kids and my family and supporting those around me.

This will pass as fast as it developed and it won't be the last time we see a virus or natural disaster so allow this time to build resilence, prepare and strengthen relationships in your home and community.

It is during times of hardships that we see true character and make the biggest personal growth so embrace this time for growth.

With all the people around the world that are being quarantined right now I cant help but think about my own family and boosting their immune systems so that when it does come this way (first case already in auckland) then I am prepared as much as I can be.

Essential oils are not a magic bullet but part of a holistic toolbox that I use.

Just picked a 20L bucket of yummy juicy peaches off our lil tree! Not sure what kind they are- mix between a white and a yellow. Even with no rain our garden is still going good! Love having fresh organic produce! You cant beat it! Hows ur gardens going?
