I have spent alot of the end of 2025 reflecting, holidays a great time for this as they give us a moment of pause.
Most of you who know me well know that mindfulness and yoga are a huge part of my life so as of 2026, this will be getting intergrated into The Medspa though Medspa Education.
We will be totally focusing on wellness and beauty from the inside out!
A lot of my posts will be on but you will see the odd one here also!

Not every sky will be blue and not every day is springtime. So on the spiritual path a person learns to find this kind of happiness without needing nice things to happen on the outside. Rather, you find happiness by being who you really are. This isn’t mystical. Young children are happy being who they are. The trick is to regain such a state when you are grown and have seen the light and dark sides of life.
When we allow lenses and judgements such as good and bad to fall away, what is left is pure being. There is no room or need for comparison with the past or expectations for the future. Whatever is, our way of dealing with the situation is absolutely in our hands. There might be attempts from outside to influence our thoughts and actions but ultimately we are the creators of our reality. As a child, we naturally live in the present moment because we know intuitively that this is our birthright. with time, as mind, ego and our environment begin to have more impact on us, we tend to forget and lose this lightness, this joy for life. the practices of yoga help us to zoom out of our limited perspective and allow us to realize that everything isn’t actually as serious as it seems. To see that there is no need to label everything and to focus more on actually experiencing, being present, playful and observing that which is rather than contemplating what was, might or might not be ❤
