Tomorrow is the day for the Dying Matters Expo at Hope Family Funeral Services in Te Puna 9.30am - 4pm. Hope to see you there 😉

The Dying Matters Week Expo is fast approaching, its on Sunday 7th September 9.30 - 4pm and is hosted at Hope Family Funerals, Loop Road, Te Puna in the Tauranga area.
It will be a day of sharing through conversations, with speakers covering a wide variety of topics related to end of life.

BOP Home Funeral Support will have a stall demonstrating the CoverCool blanket. This blanket is available for hire in Coromandel/BOP to families caring for a deceased loved one at home.

The Dying Matters Week Expo is fast approaching, its on Sunday 7th September 9.30 - 4pm and is hosted at Hope Family Funerals, Loop Road, Te Puna in the Tauranga area.

When someone we love and care about dies, keeping them close for the time between death and burial/cremation can really help us move through the grieving process more easily. It is not necessary to embalm as long as the persons body is kept at around 5-8ºC and this is where the CoverCool Blanket really does have so many benefits. I have purchased the blanket to make it available for hire in the Bay of Plenty/Coromandel area for families wanting to be their own funeral director or even if using a funeral director but not wishing to embalm.

Find out more about being your own funeral director if someone close to you dies. You'll be surprised at the simplicity of the process and more importantly how rewarding these last acts of service for a loved one can be.
