Over the past two days, Dynamic Healthcare had the pleasure of visiting Novis Healthcare at their head office in Sydney, as the exclusive partner for New Zealand.

During our visit, we received in-depth training and updates on all the products we supply to the New Zealand market, including the Novis ProCair range, CairMax BetterLiving system, AreaCare foam pressure-relieving surfaces, and the BetterLiving bed and mobility products.

We were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and extensive knowledge within the Novis team. Their collaborative approach and commitment to sharing expertise were truly outstanding.
It was inspiring to see firsthand how Novis supports their many contracts across Australia in both the community and acute care sectors. Witnessing their systems and processes in action reinforced our confidence in the strength and reliability of the Novis brand.
The innovations and product developments we experienced have been refined over many years, and we look forward to integrating these insights into our operations in New Zealand strengthening our ability to support our customers and further represent the Novis Healthcare brand, products, and services.
