Kia ora humans. Just a friendly reminder to feel your feelings. Start by creating safety in your environment, set time aside for yourself, increase your positive self talk, acknowledge the feelings from afar at first and slowly allow them to move (you can use art, music, movement, deep breaths to help) you can try locate the feeling in your body aswell - if itβs seems too large just do a little bit at a time xx feelings are natural and want to teach us things. Donβt be afraid, we were made to feel. Let it flow. π π
