This Wānanga is for those who feel drawn to Mirimiri, Romiromi -Traditional Māori Healing.
For the healers.
The bodyworkers.
The kai mahi in our communities.
And for those who feel this work stirring in their bones..even if you don’t yet have the words for it.

You may come for yourself.
You may come for your whānau.
You may want to deepen your bodywork practice, or strengthen your understanding of Te Whare Wānanga.
You may come because something ancient is remembering itself through you.

My heart and intention is to uplift Wairarapa whānau and grow our kai mirimiri practitioners within this rohe-
BUT I also warmly welcome whānau from outside this rohe.
Whānau- ,if this kōrero speaks to you or you know of others that this would resonate with..I would deeply appreciate you sharing it within your own circles—especially with whānau in Wairarapa, Palmerston North, Upper Hutt, Wellington, and Porirua 🤍

LAST COMMUNITY CLINIC 2025

This week is our last clinic for 2025. Our rōpū will be working out of the back of Maorilands. Entrance 11 Raukawa Street, 4pm - 7pm.

We want to acknowledge the support of our local whānau and community who come with open manawa to recieve. We love providing this clinic and get so much joy in sharing this space with you all.

As some of you are aware Whetumarama and I are expecting the arrival of our twins next month so we may not be restarting clinic until February 2026. So if you are wanting to get some Romiromi and Mirimiri to see you through the festive season now is the time.

A huge mihi to our hosts Hā Pai Wellness who have been our base for these clinics for the past 2 years and also to Maorilands who have graciously offered us their space as our kauapapa ora grows.

Come and see the full team āpōpō and let's enjoy this time together before we wrap up 2025.

We are back at Maorilands tomorrow for our Community Koha Clinic.

Entrance is through the back garden off Raukawa Street. Super excited to mahi out of this space.

Nau mai haere mai only a couple of clinics left before we break for Christmas.

Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow 4pm - 7pm. This clinic is for all ages. Everyone is welcome.

Please be aware we will be at a new location for our Community Koha Clinics from tomorrow.

E mihi nunui ki Hā Pai Wellness who has hosted us for the past two years to offer our clinics from this beautiful space. We are super grateful to Kim for her manaaki during this time. E mihi aroha ki a koe Kim.

Since then, we have outgrown the space. We haven't had to look far for a bigger space and are delighted to be welcomed by the Maorilands whānau right next door.

Our next clinic tomorrow (Thursday 13th November) will be at Maorilands. The gallery will be closed so the entrance will be at the back, 11 Raukawa Street, Ōtaki.

This will still be a fortnightly walk-in koha clinic run from 4pm - 7pm. The exchange is still koha for a 30 minute romiromi/mirimiri with one of our wonderful rōpū.

We will have a smaller rōpū tomorrow with only three tables as some of our kairomi are in Te Waipounamu upskilling their magic in wānanga. All the same we are looking forward to seeing old and new faces to enjoy this kaupapa. We welcome all ages and stages.

Our kairomi will be set up at Hā Pai Wellness this week for our Community Koha Clinic.
We are fast approaching the end of 2025 and this is a perfect way to ensure you can go into the end of the year with ease within the tinana and hinengaro.

We are excited to be offering koha sessions to our Kaumātua tommorw in support of the Kaumātua Olympics.

We will be in the kākano at Ngā Purapura for the duration of the Kaupapa so pop in and treat yourself to a beautiful session with one of our lovely kairomi.
