Haven't had photos of us in a long time! And I realised I haven't actually shown my face on this feed! So I thought I'd do a little intro - Hey; Hi! I'm Claire - the face behind Homegrown Healing NZ.
Living in NZ, studying homeopathy after a really challenging few years with some serious health issues. Both my daughter and I were diagnosed with autoimmune conditions, and after trying everything, the two things that really transformed my health in the past two years is homeopathy and a carnivore diet!
We still have daily challenges and are constantly learning and adapting to living in a way that best supports our bodies, and evolving through understanding homeopathy deeper. Sharing and educating has always been a passion of mine, ever since I shared publicly my infertility journey 10 years ago on YouTube!
Like a lot of millennials I have a love-hate relationship with social media and are constantly popping in and out of here, so see you around!
