Our lovely Fleur has been navigating a really challenging stretch lately — emotionally and physically — and as we move toward the close of the Snake Year, it can feel like everything is surfacing at once. Even the strongest among us can reach a point where there’s very little left in the tank.

Right now, Fleur could really use some extra gentleness, ease, and supportive flow — to help restore her strength and support all that she gives to her family, herself, and the wider community.

Absent healing is amazing. Check it out ⬇️ 💙

I had the honour of offering something very special to one of my beautiful friends, who has recently come through a long and intensive operation.

As a fellow energy worker, she was very aware that her energy levels were low — completely to be expected — and something I deeply understood from my own experience.

I offered her an Absent Healing Energy Alignment to gently clear, support, and re-ignite her energy channels.

Here’s what she shared after her experience .

“As healers we’re taught healer, heal thyself — and also to know when it’s time to ask for help.
After a long and intensive operation, I recognised my energy and chi were low and stuck.
