Connect with your own energy and start moving with others. This is a great interactive workshop for organisations, schools, conferences and retreats.

Come and explore energy with us. During your time with us we offer a Qigong session followed by an introduction to the "power of the feet" and we "say hello" to the feet with Zu Qigong.
