This isn’t about pretending everything is light and love. This is about honesty. Real cleansing doesn’t come from words alone…it comes from choice. From the moment you decide to stop carrying what was never meant to stay with you.
Creator… I choose to release anything I am still holding that is not truly mine. Old emotions. Old fears. Old identities. Survival patterns that once protected me but no longer belong in my life.
I clear my body, my mind, and my heart of what is outdated, reactive, and heavy. I return all energy that did not originate from me with calm and clarity…without anger, without guilt, without attachment. And I reclaim what is mine…my presence, my strength, my discernment, my power.
“I am free” is not a wish. It is a boundary. It is the decision to no longer let the past run my nervous system, my thoughts, or my choices. It is standing fully in this moment without dragging old stories into it.
I anchor here. I stand in my body.
I stand in truth. I stand in responsibility for my life.
Freedom isn’t escaping life. Freedom is no longer being owned by what shaped you. I am grounded. I am sovereign. I am free.
