When you love yourself 100% you are showing people how to love you, our behaviour towards ourselves is contagious.

It is not an easy thing to do, to fiercely love yourself. It means accepting all of you; your strengths, talents along with your limitations and vulnerabilities. All the perfect and imperfect versions you hold of yourself.

When you do, you start to live with a deep self worth.

It is good to be self-reflective.

A few questions I like to ask myself regularly,

- Do I like the person I am becoming?
- Am I in alignment with my values?
- Am I becoming the person I want to be? Or
- Am I becoming less like the person I want to be?

If I find that I am moving away from the person I want to be, I will make changes to alter the direction, so it will be more favourable.

I can always change, no one can take away my right to change.

I am the only person who gets to decide who I am and who I am going to become.

Outer order contributes to inner Calm

Having a disorganised living space affects your life, it can cause distraction and anxiety. It reminds us that there is a lot of work and takes away our mental peace.

Cluttered space captures energy making it stagnant, clearing creates movement, allowing fresh air to enter and replace with positivity.

Once the space around you gets organised and clear, your thoughts will start clearing too.

Animals and EMF exposure

Like us animals are living beings, with energy flowing through them, they can also be affected by electromagnetic frequency (EMF) radiation.

Exposure can cause sudden changes in behaviour, increased nervousness, fatigue and fear, along with other serious conditions including cancer, and heart disease. There has been an increase in endocrine diseases in the last 20 years.

The energetic balance within our cats and dogs is affected by the ever-increasing EMF levels surrounding us, with possible negative consequences on health.

Pets, like their owners are facing increasing exposure to EMF radiation, we are surrounded by multiple EMF releasing devices, the more densely populated areas, the greater the exposure, since there are more electric systems. Our pets spend a lot of their lives in our/their home, possibly even more than we do.

As our lives are becoming more and more wireless, EMF is becoming further widespread. This wireless technology can cause significant issues to us and our pet’s health.

How can we reduce the damage by EMF exposure, to ourselves and our dogs and cats.

Reduce the usage of wireless electronics
Decrease exposure as much as possible, unplug and unpower devices when not in use, use airplane mode on phones when not in use.
Minimize the effects of EMF by shielding
Strengthen the body’s metabolic systems, to support cell recovery

Who decides what perfect is? We do, it is our perception based on everything that we know. In other words, comparison leads us to a skewed-up image of reality.

Are you one of the vast majority of the population, too busy to be enjoying life? Most of us are trying to do more than one thing at once and the feeling of being overwhelmed is common.

The solution is easy to see when its written down like this, it is to slow down, or do nothing. However, the actual idea of slowing down can cause stress to some. It is finding the correct way for you as an individual to switch off.

There is an art to doing nothing, it is not sitting down and blanking staring at a wall, unless that is what you enjoy and allows your mind to wander.

Yes, I said letting your mind wander, allowing your mind to chill out, to let yourself finish thoughts and reflect. Taking time out to make you feel less stressed.

It can take practice to switch off, some people find it difficult, allowing their mind to relax. A good way is to do something which does not require a lot of thought and is repetitive – weeding or washing up – an action where your mind is free to wander. Walking and running are also a good way to let your mind chill.

When you can let you mind, stop having to concentrate and move into a more reflective space, it lets it relax, to process moments of the days, to wander to different scenarios, see different ways and stimulate creativity.

Giving yourself this time to step away from your busy life, gives you the freedom to look at challenges in a relaxed manner, free from outside pressures and the ability to see different options easier.

There is no point trying to force yourself into doing this, quite the opposite, there should not be any stress in allowing your mind to breathe. It is about adopting a different mindset, showing yourself and your mind that by giving yourself this time, this relaxation, you are increasing your problem solving. And in most cases your productivity.

Set yourself up for a magical and joyful life by always choosing to align with growth.

Alignment is a key to happiness and fulfilment, there is alignment in every aspect of our lives; the people we spend time with, our work, activities, downtime.

There are two types of alignments – external (job, friends, choice of life) and internal (feeling aligned within yourself)

When you feel aligned within, our external alignment is going to follow.

Internal alignment is being ‘in the flow of life’ – the feeling you get when you have been doing something creative, listening to music or exercising – you are fully connected to yourself and nothing else feels better.

We can’t be in alignment 100% of the time, however we can practice being in alignment; doing things which make us feel in flow. Make decisions whether big or small which take you to this state more of the time.

Over the last couple of years, I have become more and more aware of electro magnetic frequencies (EMF) and how it might affect well-being.

EMF refers to the energy emitted by electromagnetic waves. They come in two categories ionizing and non-ionizing radiation. Ionizing has high energy and can cause cellular damage and non-ionizing has lower energy levels, which are apparently considered safe for humans to be exposed to.

Our bodies are an energic system, and designed to be in a state of balance, the many chaotic patterns of EMF around us, interact with our system and destabilise it. Some people are more sensitive than others to EMF.

When your body is out of balance, it triggers an immune response which drains away your energy, the result is that your body starts to experience stress and interrupts the body’s ability to repair itself. Stress is the root of most disease, depending on your individual body make up, whatever is its weakest link will be the resulting health condition. There are many warning symptoms; headaches, irritability, fatigue, depression, insomnia, poor memory. The interruption of the body’s daily repair cycle could result in serious conditions.

The best remedy to this would be to redesign technology, so that devices had some form of EMF shielding, however this is a bit like closing the fence after the horse has bolted.

Everywhere we go, whether inside or outside we are being constantly bombarded with non-ionising radiation. EMF is on the increase and I believe that so is the risk to our health and well-being. I recommend looking at ways to protect yourself and your environment.

I carry protection with me, wherever I go, and my home is protected, so even people in my environment and neighbourhood have a little protection.

Choose yourself every time

We really need to choose ourselves before anyone else to be truly happy.

When we don’t make this choice, we are allowing other people to decide our lives for us.

Our lives start with us and can only continue with us, we must take care of ourselves

Choosing yourself is about respecting where you are in life, focusing on personal wellbeing and making that a priority.

Be true to your core

Grow at your own Pace

Personal growth is a want to move forward, to make changes in your life. An important part of this growth is doing it at your own pace, and choosing how you are going to measure it.

There are pitfalls which I’m sure all of us have fallen into, I still do to some extent, hello comparison, but I’m getting better and can pick myself up far easier than in the past.

Stop comparing yourself to others, yes, it’s good to see how friends or peers are doing, but it is not healthy to compare where you are, to where they are. We are all on different journeys and how we get to where we want to be, is individual. When looking at someone else’s progress we are taking the focus away from ourselves, our priorities and our needs. We also tend to compare the worst of ourselves to the best of them, and to their perception of what success is.

When we are consistently going after our dreams, aiming for a better us and doing it at our own pace, we are growing. Take a look and appreciate how far you have come, remembering to celebrate the smallest steps.

Go at your own pace, you can ask others for advice or thoughts, you do not have to act upon it, unless it feels like the right thing for you to do. Real growth comes from making decisions for yourself

I’ve been there, I was being told that I needed to be posting all the time, I was watching peers do it and my mind was literally going blank, I felt that I had nothing to say, it was not the correct time for me to hear that. To be told that I needed to do this, sent me into a tail spin and I retreated and did nothing, it had the opposite effect on me. I had to get there in my own way, and speed.
It’s brave to step outside your comfort zone, but it is braver to do it when you are ready to do it.

Trying new things is good, however only act upon them when you are ready to step outside your comfort zone. Taking advantage of opportunities for growth is essential for life, but only when you are ready and want to take advantage. Know that you are working to get there, but in your own time, you have the power to decide when you are ready.

When you decide to do something, make sure that you are doing it for yourself not for someone else.

Hi I’m Clare, I’m excited to tell you about my healing journey.

I am a nurse by trade and a healer by heart, I have a passion for helping people move forward with their lives.

From a young age, energy healing has fascinated me. I have explored different modalities and still do.

18 years ago I qualified as a nurse at the University of Plymouth. I have worked in the fields of Neurology, intensive care, orthopaedics, dermatology and aesthetics.
