Kia Ora and welcome to Space For Change. My name is Grit Craig. I am an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years experience.
Adjusting to life with a chronic health condition or after a major health event can be a complex and overwhelming personal struggle. Doing things we enjoy and that truly matter to us can help us through the vulnerabilities of our health challenges, expand our world again and promote our health and wellbeing.
Our work focuses on helping you to better manage your life with your health condition and make space for what makes you feel like you again.
