A topic of awakening and pondering for all the spiritual practitioners out there. Do you recognise any of these signs in you? Perhaps 2026 will be the year that we take a deep dive back into our hearts and relook at our intentions in doing what we do, why we started in the first place and notice if we had deviate from our original path, and if so, how do we get back to serve from our hearts with our original intentions?

Oops! December flashed me by! I’ll be honest. Solo parenting, handling sick kids and being sick myself with very little sleep from night coughing is doing me a number. I even let my youngest who is pretty well skip school for the last 3 days just because I wasn’t feeling well to wake up to send only 1 kid to school. Dealing with daily demands of living while sick leaves me little time to catch up with admin or marketing work for Dec events. But here it is. Our last 3 events to end 2025 with. Hope you can join us!

Early Jan this year, when we just arrived in New Plymouth, we were told to check out the Festival of Lights at Pukekura Park. I remember the first thought that came to me when I stepped foot into the park was: Wow, what if we do an outdoor sound bath here. Wouldn’t it be nice? That thought is now becoming a reality one year later.

Join us for New Zealand's leading light festival located in New Plymouth's Pukekura Park. Our Summer festival runs from December to January. Our Winter festival is held in New Plymouth's CBD in June/July.

Dear friends, whether or not you have heard the beautiful melodies from the handpan, this is a cause I would love your support in. Let’s call it my birthday wish for this year. It is pretty wild to imagine that if handpans were banned from this world, we would lose this beautiful music, and many people will lose their jobs, passion, the ability to play music, the possibility to connect to one’s innate ability to make music intuitively, the community of handpan music making, one less sound healing instrument to use in sound journeys. The world would be sadder, duller and less inspirational than it already is.

If you own a Handpan, you would have known its benefits for yourself already. If you haven’t and had always wish to get one to play someday, you might not be able to anymore, if the handpan community lose this case. So for my birthday this year, I wish for you to donate what you can to this cause to help keep the handpans alive. Thank you for reading and please go listen to some lovely handpan music to heal, go within, or simply be. May its music guide you, uplift you, and heal you. 🙏🏻🎶🎵💖
