I am incredibly grateful and humbled to have been asked to be on a N21 Health panel in Newcastle a few weeks ago.

One thing I know, for sure, is that I couldn’t have become the best version of myself without my amazing coaches, mentors and encouragers. They have helped to shape me these past months - mind, body and spirit - powered by the HealthPointe programme.

E poho kererū ana māua ko Kimai mō te tokorua nei. We are so proud of these two. They both have huge hearts and their capacity to support others always seems to be endless.
