Hola Comunidad 🌞

Mi nombre es Maru y actualmente vengo a ofrecerte esta hermosa herramienta llamada Biodescodificacion Transgeneracional en donde indagaremos tu pasado para buscar la emoción o conflicto detrás de lo que te esté afectando en este Presente.

🌳 El abordaje transgeneracional te permitirá comprender y decodificar las repeticiones familiares que se reproducen de generación en generación en tu árbol familiar. Muchas veces lo heredado mediante el transgeneracional determina la manera que tienes de ver la vida.

🦋 Si crees que tu inconsciente te está haciendo repetir patrones heredados, si estás sufriendo enfermedades, miedos, bloqueos emocionales, me encantaría poder acompañarte en tu proceso de sanacion.

🍁Las sesiones se pueden realizar tanto presencial donde vivo u online.

I’m Maru and I’m a certified Contemporary Yoga and movement teacher.

I’m really happy to share with you that I’ll be offering a Beginners Yoga 6-week course starting on Tuesday 21st March at the Morra Hall.

This course is for anyone interested in exploring Yoga for the first time or wanting to revisit the Basics 🧘🏻‍♂️

No previous yoga experience or flexibility required 🌻

During this course, we will be exploring movement principles, asanas/ poses and breathing awareness, how to support each pose and movement with options, encouraging self-awareness that can nourish your body, mind and soul.

Also each class will be around a theme and focus
