We’re looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our team in a part-time lawnmowing/grounds maintenance role. This job is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can manage their own time.

What we’re looking for:
✅ A current driver’s licence
✅ Someone who can work independently
✅ Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in a tidy job
✅ Flexible with hours (especially if rainy!)
✅ Experience with lawnmowing/grounds care is an essential

Hours:
🕒 6–8 hours per week

Part-Time Property and Office Cleaner
Hours: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (Permanent Part-Time)

We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented person to join our team as a cleaner for our high-end Airbnb apartments. The role requires a high standard of presentation and attention to detail, as well as a positive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cleaning and preparing Airbnb apartments to an exceptional standard
• Washing, ironing, and restocking linen
• Shopping for and replenishing household and guest supplies
• Cleaning company offices and workshop as required
• Collecting mail and purchasing stationery or other office supplies
• Organising and maintaining staff uniforms
• Assisting with cleaning of new builds and rental properties
• Providing support with data entry
• Light gardening tasks

Requirements:
• Must be available to work five days per week (Monday to Friday)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness and presentation
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Trustworthy, proactive, and flexible with a willingness to assist where needed

This is a permanent part-time position offering variety and stability in a friendly team environment.

🎳 Team Bowling Night!

When the Hard Hats Come Off… the Bowling Balls Come Out! Presenting our winners from each group… at least until the next rematch!

Our newest recruit, Joseph, walked away with the trophy after racking up 165 points — and then claimed he’d “never bowled before.” (We’re not entirely buying it… 😉)

A fantastic night of friendly rivalry on the lanes, followed by carb-loading at Pompeii Pizza — still serving up the best pizza in Palmerston North! 🍕🔥
