I've been through a lot of trauma in my life. Putting everyone else needs ahead of my own to please everyone because it made me feel better about myself, truth is I was lost, I couldn't stand to look at myself in the mirror or talk to myself in the mirror kindly I felt awkward AF!

With year's of hard work and healing modalities in my toolbox I'm so grateful that I managed to get through the darkness and found the light in my heart and soul 🔆

Hey Friends! Wow almost 2 years in building a lil business I can call my own and still recommend to anyone looking for alternative natural medicine rather than modern, I love everything we stand for! We're all going to have different opinions and I love that! Not everyone is for me and im not for everyone 🤪
